There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance.
The home behind Lighthouse Legends is currently under construction, and guests may experience some noise during city-permitted construction hours. Parties and events are not permitted. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 7 AM. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Pets must be house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and are required to be crated if left unattended. Guests bringing pets must disclose this prior to booking, as a pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. Pets and emotional support animals are subject to a pet fee; only ADA compliant service animals trained to perform a task are exempt from this. You are expected to clean up after your pet both indoors and outdoors.
