The kitchen comes fully equipped to include a large fridge with on-demand water & ice, stove, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, silverware, standard coffee maker, Nespresso Coffee Maker, Keurig, Crockpot, blender, toaster, and even children's cutlery and dinnerware. The breakfast bar completes the kitchen space, with three stools to enjoy a light meal or an after-pool snack. The dining area is also a part of the open layout, with seating for 6 at the table. The master bedroom boasts vaulted ceilings, a king bed, a large Smart TV with Hulu Live, a full-length mirror for getting ready, a large walk-in closet, dresser space, and an en-suite bathroom. Guests can also enjoy easy access to the backyard directly through the master bedroom. The bathroom is equally as spacious with his and hers sinks, a toilet, and a large walk-in glass door shower with two shower heads. The second bedroom comes complete with a queen bed, a Smart TV with Hulu Live, and ample closet and dresser space. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. No noise past 10 PM local ordinance. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, no refunds will be issued. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Golf cart use is not included with your stay. Please inquire about availability and pricing. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Pool heating is not included. Please inquire about pricing, which varies by season and length of stay. Pool heating cannot be offered if outdoor temperatures are below 55°F. Private pool is used by registered guests only. No pets permitted in the pool. We provide a pack & play, high chair, and kids dishes/silverware. These items are always at the home, available for guest use. Our cleaners supply a courtesy supply of toiletries for roughly the first day or so of your stay (toilet paper, trash bags, paper towels, bar soap, laundry soap, dish detergent) but guests are responsible for any additional supplies needed.
