Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4 PM CST and check-out is at 10 AM CST. Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles; RVs, watercraft, trailers, and box trucks are not permitted. Any violation of parking rules may result in citation. A maximum of 2 dogs are permitted with prior approval and a $200 pet fee. House-trained pets are welcome, and guests are expected to clean up after them. ADA Registered Service Animals are exempt from the pet fee. The spa pool can be used as a deluxe hot tub, but the air jet pumps and heater should be used on an as-needed basis and not overnight or for extended periods. Guests are responsible for maintaining the water line at a minimum height after use. Pool cleaning and maintenance are completed twice weekly, and personnel must be granted access. Glass slider doors to the patio/lanai must be closed at all times to avoid freezing of the A/C equipment. Parties and events are not permitted. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in loss of security deposit/additional cleaning and sanitation charges. No noise is permitted past 10 PM local ordinance. All guests must vacate the premises at checkout time or an additional night's rate and cleaning fee will apply. This property does not host groups under 25 years of age. If police or local authorities are called and eviction is necessary, the nightly rate will be applied depending on the issue. Private spa splash pool and all community amenities are to be used by registered guests only. Trash days are Tuesday & Friday; please take trash out on Monday and Thursday no earlier than 4 PM for pickup. Recycling pickup is only on Tuesday. Cans must be returned to the side of the home after pickup, before 8 PM. Do not rearrange furniture inside the home, take indoor items outside, or remove items from the home at any time. No refund is offered for any reason. Guests must promptly disclose any known or suspected issues with the home and allow reasonable access for resolution. Any issues found after checkout that were not disclosed may result in accountability and potential charges to the security deposit. Any house rules violated are subject to loss of security deposit.
