The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishes, bakeware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, a blender, a traditional coffee maker, and a Keurig. For younger guests, a high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available. A breakfast bar with stools and a dining area with a desk complete the space. The master bedroom includes a king bed, a desk, and an en-suite bathroom. The bunk room features twin-over-queen bunks with a twin trundle bed, a Smart TV, and luggage storage. A full bathroom with a shower and tub is conveniently located down the hall. Two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed or a king bed, a Smart TV, and ample closet and dresser space.
A four-passenger golf cart is available as an add-on for $375 + tax per week, per stay during peak season (March through October). During the off-season (November through February), the golf cart is complimentary for guests. The community pool is open seasonally from April 1 to October 26. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately, or guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out.
