Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are NOT permitted. Parties and events are not permitted. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $325 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Impersonating a service animal is a criminal offense in Florida. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets; an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Golf cart use is not included with your stay; please inquire about availability and pricing. Guests must be 25 years or older to operate the golf cart. Pool heating is not included; please inquire about pricing. Private pool is to be used by registered guests only at your own risk. Landscaping/pool service/pest control may occur during your stay and cannot be rescheduled or turned away for any reason. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. If your guest count changes, your reservation must be updated in advance. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. There is parking for up to 4 vehicles; street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in a citation. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation.
