You are in the heart of Crystal Beach, directly across from the Destin Commons with plenty of shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are within a few minutes drive East with more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. Most local destinations can be reached by golf cart, and the town is fairly easy to navigate, as most everything to do is directly off the main road through in either direction!
No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids (indoors or outdoors) will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Monday and Thursday evenings for Tuesday and Friday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest.
