Student groups under 25 are only accepted with prior approval and a non-negotiable cash deposit. No underage drinking or illegal activity is allowed. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee. Emotional Support Animals are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Golf cart use is not included with your stay and guests must be 25 years or older to operate it. Pool heating is not included and pricing varies by season and length of stay.
