The front home features a primary bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed, and a third bedroom with a king-size bed. Its open-concept kitchen and dining area are equipped with Frigidaire Gallery appliances, a standard coffee pot, and a Keurig, along with a stackable washer and dryer. The back home, a modern two-story unit, includes a separate living room and a second full kitchen. It offers a bedroom with a twin-over-queen bunk bed, and two additional bedrooms each with a king-size bed, private workspace, and balcony access. Both homes are single-story with wide hallways in the front home.

Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is after 4:00 PM CST and check-out is by 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Golf cart use is not included with your stay and requires guests to be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance.
