1640 Victoria Park

The maintenance team here is fantastic. My AC stopped cooling on a Sunday no less. I thought I’d broil until Monday but I called the emergency number and left a voicemail plus entered the portal to create a ticket. To my surprise, Eloy himself texted me and told me would come to help. He drove all the way from Miami and got everything fixed. It needed a part replaced and he did it all in no time and the AC worked great. I truly appreciate him and he is no doubt he is an asset to 1640.

Just moved and the experience in dealing with Cavin has been outstanding. The apartment was clean and in great shape. The amenities are terrific and fit our needs.

It’s the sweet spot between convenience and calm, which feels like winning the apartment lottery.

The pool area is basically a mini staycation waiting to happen, the gym saves you from those “I’ll start... Monday” excuses, and the common spaces are actually nice enough that you want to use them (not just walk past and say, “oh that’s cute”). Everything feels thoughtfully designed and well kept, which makes day-to-day living easy.
