Overall, I am very impressed with the rental property. My first impression was very positive, and I really like the overall look, layout, and atmosphere of the home. The property feels welcoming, comfortable, and like a place where someone could truly settle in and make it their own.I especially appreciate how clean and well-maintained everything appears to be. The layout seems practical and provides a good balance between comfort and functionality. The rooms appear to have a nice amount of... space, and the property has a warm, inviting feeling rather than simply feeling like another rental. Nice place to live! Nice amenities but just annoying some times the gate is hard to open via the app. And the transfer from Resia to Solina felt a bit messy but seems to be all resolved now

Great service in the office. The only drawback seen is the floors peeling, no security, especially in the pool areas over the weekend when you have alcohol, smoking and late hours. I myself am a property manager for one of the largest companies in Florida, and it's surprising to see this. Other than that, the gym and the pool by the office is where I go. A big shout out to the office staff and manager.

Mi experiencia viviendo aquí ha sido excelente. Destaco mucho la comodidad de los apartamentos y el mantenimiento del lugar; todo está siempre limpio, hermoso y muy bien ordenado. Me encanta la tranquilidad del ambiente y la calidad de las instalaciones.

Súper, me encanta este condominio. Tengo parqueo siempre, los vecinos son cháveres, aunque hay una señora q pasea su perro en coche que se mete en cosas que no tiene que ver con ella. En lo demás todo super. Y feliz de ser residente en Solina
