Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is allowed, and outdoor smoking must be at least 10 feet from the building with all windows and doors closed, with a $500 fine for violation. Check-in is any time 4 PM or later, and check-out is at 11 AM. To help ensure the safety of our guests, the property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video. No unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras is allowed, with a $1000 fine for violation. Any guest who would like to have packages delivered must first obtain permission. Crypto mining or similar activities are not allowed.
