Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 9:00 AM, and any noise complaint may result in a $500 fine and/or cancellation without refund. No indoor smoking is allowed (includes cigarettes, vaping, hookah, cigars, or cannabis). Outdoor smoking is permitted at least 10 feet from the building, with doors and windows closed, and a $500 fine will be imposed for any violation. Pets must be approved before booking, and the pet fee must be paid prior to receiving check-in instructions. Guests must send a photo of a valid ID that matches the reservation name via message before receiving check-in instructions and must sign the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival. A $350 pre-authorization hold will be placed upon check-in to cover potential damages. Do not unplug, move, or tamper with cameras or any connected devices, and a $1,000 fine will be imposed for any violation, which may result in immediate cancellation without refund.
