The Queue

After new ownership took over about a year ago, this property has gone downhill significantly! Dog urine in halls and elevators. 1 out of the 2 elevators in the building is always broken (last time was for about 5 months). Pool maintenance poor. No one ever in the office and it’s impossible to get a hold of anyone, and when you finally do they’re rude or unhelpful. Issues are never actually fixed.
Now they’re renting units on air bnb because they can’t rent them! So there’s random people, who... are not properly vetted, having access and it feels unsafe! Not what anyone who signed a lease here agreed to!

This place sucks! You can never get a hold of anyone if something goes wrong inside your apartment. They don’t care about the people who live here. Find somewhere else in Fort Lauderdale you will be much happier.

Have really enjoyed this apartment. Comfortable apartment and love the pool and other amenities. Highly recommend.

Everyone treats each other with kindness and respect. It is a great feeling knowing that everyone is looking out for each other. This is a wonderful, family community and I can’t express how grateful I am to be a part of this safe space.

Feel like the building is out for themselves and not into keeping long term tenants. Floors (inside/garage) have greatly deteriorated over the last year notably. Smelly staircase in front of building that we use. Desperately need more treadmills.
