A resort fee of $40 per day per unit is mandatory and payable exclusively through debit or credit cards. Check-in is any time after 4 PM, and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon inquiry. Pets are allowed. Smoking and events are not allowed. Swimming is at your own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage.
