This apartment features an open kitchen, a large living area with a Smart TV, a patio with direct beach access, in-unit laundry, and Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with white cabinets, a double-door fridge, an oven, a stovetop, a dishwasher, a breakfast bar with seating for two, a coffee maker, utensils, plates, glasses, and cabinet lighting. Linens, hand towels, bath towels, beach towels, coffee, and soaps are provided at check-in. Beach supplies including chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and a picnic basket are available.
An air mattress can be provided upon request to accommodate up to 7 guests for an extra fee. Free parking for one car is included, and additional parking suggestions are provided.
Local dining and fishing spots are just a short walk away. Enjoy direct beach access, approximately a 30-second walk from the apartment.
Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Indian Rocks Beach from November to early December 2025. During this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. One pet per reservation is allowed, but pets cannot be more than 60lbs without prior permission. There is a pet fee of $175 for stays of up to 7 days, and $250 for stays longer than 7 days. Service dogs are welcome, but the pet fee still applies. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed at all times when outside the unit. Stones Throw UNIT 4 strictly does not allow pets. Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or on the premises. Any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances. In the event of a party, the police will be contacted and you will be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. The guest making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age by the time of check-in, and must be the same guest checking in. A digital rental agreement must be signed prior to arrival, and a legal ID along with a verification selfie must be provided as well. Check-in time is 4 PM EST, and check-out is 11 AM. There is an active construction site on the building next to the property. Works may occur during weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or Smart TV apps. Please leave the air conditioning on "AUTO" and do not turn it below 71 degrees. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs.
Guests are welcome to use the grill during their stay and are kindly asked to clean it after use. A $35 cleaning fee will be applied if the grill is not cleaned. Guests need to rinse off their feet when returning from the beach at the hose area at the gate. [SI]
