The application and move in process was a dream. The staff is top notch and our homes is beautiful. Also SO much larger than it looked online.

We have only lived here 1 week - but so far so good.We have a neighbour who smokes, but I do not smell it in the house (at all). It is a quiet community (we are in the front of the complex near a noisy road - that we don't notice). There is plenty of parking, and the amenities have not been overly crowded (again, it has only been 1 week). The grounds are kept up nicely and the work that is being done is done with notice and gracious workers that communicate well and even clean up after... themselves. L'Estancia is a great place to live!

Staff has been nothing but pleasant and made the move in experience so easy and stress free as first time renters. They made sure we were happy with our unit and replaced appliances quickly as well!

Going great so far! Nice pool area, good for tanning and relaxing. Gym has everything I need! The process was very smooth getting approved and great communication!

The whole process was beyond easy, especially for someone that over plans everything like I do. The office staff is friendly and informative. Gloria was extremely helpful, and was happy to belay much of my moving stress. The community has everything I need, and seems to be quiet when it should be. It has plenty to do, from the gym, the onsite dog park, it's close proximity to Red Bug Slough Park, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a large spacious pool areas with grilling facilities, and is... centrally located to Grocery Stores, Walgreens, and close access to 2 interstate access on ramps. The grounds are well maintained, and the trash valet program is a plus. I often analyze my decisions, but the choice to move to the L'Estancia community was a good one, and needs no disection.
