The whole process was beyond easy, especially for someone that over plans everything like I do. The office staff is friendly and informative. Gloria was extremely helpful, and was happy to belay much of my moving stress. The community has everything I need, and seems to be quiet when it should be. It has plenty to do, from the gym, the onsite dog park, it's close proximity to Red Bug Slough Park, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a large spacious pool areas with grilling facilities, and is... centrally located to Grocery Stores, Walgreens, and close access to 2 interstate access on ramps. The grounds are well maintained, and the trash valet program is a plus. I often analyze my decisions, but the choice to move to the L'Estancia community was a good one, and needs no disection.

Easiest Move-In, very clean and adorable!

We had an awesome move in experience with Cindy, she walked us through the apartment once we got our keys and made sure we approved of everything, plus gave us a few days to see if we find anything else that we feel needs fixing… The apartment is super clean and the unit we got is just adorable, we love it so much and the community itself is probably the prettiest little slice of Sarasota around! My favorite part is all of the nature and the fact it is snuggled up against the red bug preserve,... the views are amazing and we are so happy to call L’Estancia our new home!

My boyfriend and I just recently moved in, this is our first apartment and it’s just adorable, and it’s super nice! We love the neighborhood and all the nature around, and all the amenities are awesome! I love too that the red bug preserve is basically our back yard, our view is awesome and our apartment will soon be renovated but once it’s done we plan to come right back!
