Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities. We allow one pet per reservation, but pets more than 60lbs are not allowed without prior permission. Owners are required to pick up after their pets, and pets must be leashed when outside. A violation of either rule can result in immediate removal without a refund and an additional penalty of up to $400. Unauthorized pets will result in immediate removal without a refund and a penalty of $400. Smoking is not allowed inside the units or on the premises, and any evidence of smoking will result in a $400 penalty and immediate removal without a refund. Parties are not allowed under any circumstances, and in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. The guest making the reservation must be the same guest checking in and must be at least 18 years of age. Check-in time is 4 PM, and checkout is 11 AM.
