Parties are not allowed under any circumstances; in the event of a party, the police will be contacted, you will be removed immediately without a refund, and you will be charged a $400 penalty in addition to being liable for any damages to the unit. The guest making the reservation must be the same guest checking in and must be at least 18 years of age by the time of check-in; you will be required to attach your ID to the rental agreement. Pinellas County is undertaking a 2025 beach nourishment project, which includes sand placement in Indian Rocks Beach from November to early December 2025; during this period, there may be temporary beach access closures, construction activity, and associated noise.
