For the most part, living at Heritage Bay is convenient. It's local to many places including Jensen Beach High School. Staff seems to take care of problems, they have worked hard to make it better.

We are enjoying living here! Our only complaint is the smells sometimes outside are unpleasant and people keep leaving trash or dog poop around. We love the maintenance though and office! We have also made some good friends!
