Great staff adding more events for the community. Units are in desperate need of an upgrade, the grills around the property need to be fixed.

Heritage Cove needs to work on the community at large. Now multiple garages are being turned into open air workshops which I think reflects poorly on the community.
People hanging out in the various parking areas are questionable.
This is a nice physical complex but they need to be more on top of what is going on within the community.

Most of the problems are disrespectful people who don’t care about the property, throw garbage around, beer cans bottles, everywhere. They don’t pick up after their dogs. It’s just not a pleasant place to live

Good place to live. People are very smart, no noise and children can play safe. Too many tree, the lake beside the conmunity is large and nice.

Trash pick ups not consistent, tree trimming becomes a mess with tree trash piles all over the place for weeks, packages stolen from mail room, not enough parking spots per building meaning overcrowded units etc etc
