Heritage Cove

Overall very nice apartment complex and a good place to live. Pool and spa are fantastic and the walkway around the small lake is beautiful and peaceful. Considering most residents have dogs it’s usually very quiet. Staff and maintenance crew are very nice and helpful. Price point for rent is reasonable for the area. Conveniently located to shopping centers and highways.
Areas that need improvement are the parking areas; as the trees drop small debris that get into the car’s ventilation systems... and cause damage. Trees should be removed or have covered parking everywhere. Concrete steps or paths are needed in the grassy areas between parking lots. The front gates are usually broken, so it cannot be considered a gated community. Car wash area could be cleaned more frequently as it gets muddy and covered in leaves, which makes a car wash a big muddy mess. Read More

Heritage Cove is a wonderful place to live! The community is peaceful, clean, and well maintained. The location is great, the amenities are excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I really enjoy living here and highly recommend it!

From start to finish at lease signing Nicole was fantastic such a huge help during this transition for me and my son! Five stars!!! I would recommend Heritage Cave Apartments to anyone looking!

Things have been improving and we are thrilled. Maintenance is right on top of things and Nicole in the office has been such a big help. We will be renewing!

Unit was not cleaned or updated like the model unit. Flooring also had carpet in bedrooms and tile in bathroom unlike model. There are also holes in windows
