Parking spots in the evening are difficult to find and I was disappointed when I found the grill and putting green area in very poor condition. Part of the reason I moved here was to use those amenities but I guess that’s my fault for not checking on them. The dumpster area also needs love and attention.

I have lived here almost six years and things just keep getting worse, the lawns only get mowed twice a month, dead trees and limbs are everywhere. Garbage is everywhere. The maintenance crew is wonderful as well as management.

Love my apartment, but the community landscape, pool area, trees, and everywhere you look-horrible upkeep. The community is really going downhill.
