Pets may not be on beds, towels, bedding, sofas, or carpeted areas, and an excessive cleaning fee will be applied if pet hair is found in these areas. All pets must be leashed at all times in communal areas. The pool is closed at sundown. No running, jumping, or diving in the pool or spa. No glass in the pool or spa area. Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets. Trash and recycling bins are provided, and any excess trash resulting in additional cleaning will incur a $300 fee. Unauthorized guests are not allowed without consent. Any parties or events are strictly prohibited, and any reports or evidence of a party or organized event will result in forfeiture of your stay without a refund. Any burn marks on outdoor furniture or evidence of smoking inside the home will result in an automatic smoke remediation fee of $1000. Unauthorized events or gatherings are cause for termination of stay without a refund. Guests must use their own streaming accounts. Please ensure all doors are locked and secured when leaving the property and at night. The property is equipped with 5 exterior cameras and 2 sound level detection devices. Any costs associated with the dispatch of security will be charged to the guests. If there is a second complaint, noise disturbance, or unruly behavior, the entire group will be asked to vacate the property.
