The Atlantic and Gulf coasts are approximately 75-90 minutes away. Minutes from restaurants, pharmacies, and essential shopping. Local attractions include Gatorland, Kissimmee Old Town, Celebration, Downtown Kissimmee, Florida Mall, Mall at Millenia, Kissimmee State Parks, and Lake Toho.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Parties, events, and smoking/vaping of any kind are prohibited in or around the property and risk a fine of $150 and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. If there are large messes, it will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine and/or forfeiture of your full deposit. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited. The resort charges a $25 gate card/resort fee per vehicle parking.
Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over 3 days in duration for an extra fee and will need to be booked in advance.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages. This deposit will be fully refunded within 10 business days after checkout, pending a room inspection.
