Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). No firearms are allowed on the property unless otherwise permitted in writing, and the firearm must be licensed and properly stored at all times; a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
