Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. An un-leashed pet fee is $50 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50 per occurrence.

Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Late check-outs are not permitted and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
