It's a short drive to the Florida Aquarium, Tampa Riverwalk, University Mall, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and Adventure Island. Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 8:00. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of up to $350. Guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at $150) for reservations of 2 nights or more. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
