Late check-outs are not permitted and may incur a fee of up to $350. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For 1-night reservations, a $250 refundable security deposit is required. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. Guests are reminded that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests. Please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Trash disposal instructions must be followed upon departure; failure to bag trash properly and dispose of in provided containers can result in fines up to $200. Damages should be reported immediately. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Visitor parking spots are available throughout the community. It is preferred that shoes be removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
