Quiet hours are observed between 22:00 and 8:00. Please note that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The home is professionally sprayed for pests. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please note that after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. The community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, detergent pods for up to two (2) loads are provided. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge are available. A coffee maker is available, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check-in so we can arrange restocking.
