Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of $350. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed 3 per reservation. Guests can park in the spaces labeled 'Visitor' spread throughout the community. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in provided containers can result in fines up to $200. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against the security deposit or damage waiver. Guests are reminded that in sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Please note that after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests are expected to clean up any mess and/or pet waste properly. Guests are required to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
