Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or on the property. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized prior to arrival. Late check-outs are not permitted and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of $350. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age. Please note that the community pool and all other community amenities are managed and maintained exclusively by the community. We do not provide access to the community's amenities. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Please be reminded that check-out time is 10 AM. In order to prepare our property for the next guests, housekeeping is scheduled to arrive promptly upon check-out. Late check-outs affect housekeeping schedules and future guest reservations. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300. It is a self-catering home, therefore, we do not refill any supplies during your stay. Each bathroom will have shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room we provide enough detergent pods for UP TO two (2) loads. In the kitchen, a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge. There is a coffee maker, however coffee is not. Salt/pepper and cooking oil are available for use. If anything is missing, please let us know immediately upon check in so we can arrange restocking. We appreciate your understanding! Important House Rules: Quiet Between: 22:00 - 8:00. One-time Pet Fees ($150) are per pet Max 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed Restrictions Apply and includes any percentage, mixture or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. Un-Leashed Pet Fee: $50.00 per occurrence. Pet Waste Pick-up: $50.00 per occurrence. A refundable security deposit of $250 will be authorized as a hold on your credit card by our system, prior to your arrival. This is a pre-authorization hold, not a charge, and will be released following a damage-free inspection after your departure. Any damages or excessive cleaning needs beyond normal wear and tear will be claimed against this hold. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up and disposed of properly. There is absolutely NO smoking and NO drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. It's for your own comfort and the sanity of our cleaners :) The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age & must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third party bookings allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed (3) per reservation. You can par in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Please wipe shoes at the door. It is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible, so we can keep the place clean for you and the next guests! Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Please take out the trash and dispose properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are NOT permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
