One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids, and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence.
Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment offers a blend of suburban residential streets and urban charm. It's a short drive to the Florida Aquarium, famous restaurants, and riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. The University of South Florida campus is just a 5-minute drive (2.2 mi) away, the Museum of Science & Industry is an 8-minute ride (4.2 mi), and Busch Gardens Tampa is 11 minutes away (4.5 mi). Takomah Trail Park (10 min, 5.1 mi) and Lettuce Lake Park (13 min, 5.9 mi) provide nearby nature escapes and walking trails.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the apartment or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The partner reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.

It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle.
