Happy to call this place home!

I’ve lived at The Village at Lake Lily for almost a year and love it! My apartment is beautiful and spacious. The amenities are great and so are the resident events. Plus, all the staff are very helpful and friendly. The maintenance crew is amazing as well. Freddy always handles my requests in a timely manner, is personable, and even checks in after to make sure everything is good.

FRED IS THE BEST

Fred is hands down the best maintenance person I’ve had at any apartment complex. He responds quickly, fixes things right the first time, and always leaves the area clean. Beyond that, he’s genuinely friendly and professional — you can tell he takes pride in his work. Lucky to have him here!

Freddy is hands down the best maintenance professional! From the moment he arrived he was friendly, approachable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was perfect. He quickly fixed my blinds and a few paint touch ups- everything looking good as new.
