The Village at Lake Lily

The Village at Lake Lilly is such a great spot. It’s super convenient being so close to both Winter Park and Sanford, but still feels tucked away and peaceful. The amenities are top-notch, and the whole place is really well-kept. What makes it stand out most, though, is the staff—they are always so helpful and actually care about the people living there. Definitely a solid choice if you’re looking for a chill, high-quality place to call home in Central Florida.

We just recently moved in to the village at lake lily and we love it. The move in process was seamless and easy, thanks to Melanie and the rest of the staff for the availability and clear communication. The common areas are clean and the staff are well educated and friendly. We love it so far

Out of all the places I've moved, I can say this has been the easiest and most enjoyable experience. Been here about 2 years and I can't help but want to continue to live here, the area is very convenient you can get anywhere in 20minutes. Overall everyone at the property has been helpful and attentive, particularly Melanie, at the office she always has a smile and is always so eager to help! And I love all the events that the team creates for the residents.
