Living at Solora has been an absolute nightmare. Since moving in January 2025, we’ve endured repeated (7x) AC breakdowns, water leaks in my toddler’s tub, hot water outages, and nightly noise disturbances that wake my child for hours. Management’s response has been dismissive—telling me to “wait until it breaks again” and applying band-aid fixes instead of real solutions. Being asked to pay $600 in transfer fees and higher rent just to escape these conditions is unacceptable. No tenant should... have to fight monthly for basic habitability and quiet enjoyment guaranteed under Florida law.
