I love my apartment but I'm having a difficult time adjusting to the noise from the neighbors above. I think Solara will be a better community if they would upkeep the elevator, staircases and hallways as good as they keep the main building.

Solara is a great place to live in but I wish they could provide the internet service and the business services in the club house! It is there but not working! Overall I feel comfortable to live in Solara

Living at Solora has been an absolute nightmare. Since moving in January 2025, we’ve endured repeated (7x) AC breakdowns, water leaks in my toddler’s tub, hot water outages, and nightly noise disturbances that wake my child for hours. Management’s response has been dismissive—telling me to “wait until it breaks again” and applying band-aid fixes instead of real solutions. Being asked to pay $600 in transfer fees and higher rent just to escape these conditions is unacceptable. No tenant should... have to fight monthly for basic habitability and quiet enjoyment guaranteed under Florida law.

Being a first-time renter I did not really know what to expect in regards to service, professionalism, friendliness, etc. You read so many reviews about places where all the comments are negative. I have nothing but positive things to say about Solara and the entire staff here. They are wonderful, and I am very pleased to be living here.
