There is a strict no-smoking policy, and any smoking in the apartment will result in a $500 charge. Please remove all trash from the apartment using the trash chute down the hallway. Any damages and/or stains to sheets or linens will incur an additional charge, as stained sheets are not covered by the cleaning fee. Management staff may access the unit in the event of an emergency.
