Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 4 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Check-in time starts at 4 PM and late arrivals must be communicated immediately. Check-out is at 11 AM. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item. In case you lose the key to the apartment, it will be charged $100 per set. Visitors are only permitted for reservations that are 28 days or longer. For shorter stays, no visitors are allowed, and unregistered guests will result in immediate eviction without refund. The building requires all guests to register their hands for biometric access. The building is currently undergoing renovations. Construction may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential pool is closed for repairs; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open.
