Please note that the exterior of the building is currently undergoing painting and minor repairs. While direct impact to the unit is not anticipated, any noise or exterior disruption is beyond our control. This is a third-floor unit with no elevator access, requiring three flights of stairs to reach. A 10 PM noise ordinance is in effect. No smoking is permitted in the condo or on the balcony at any time, or a full security deposit will be enforced for odor removal. Golf cart, trailer, RV, box truck, or watercraft parking is not permitted in the complex, and HOA towing fees apply for any violations. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted, including spring break groups. No underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No unapproved visitors, drop-ins, or extra overnight guests are allowed. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out.
The kitchen area includes a breakfast bar and dining table with adequate seating, which can also serve as a great workspace for those working remotely.
