Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property, and parking is limited to the driveway, garage, or allotted condominium spaces, as street parking is generally not customary. If the property is listed for sale, guests must accommodate showing requests with 24-hour notice between 9:30 am and 5:30 pm daily, unless otherwise agreed. Listing for sale does not grant the right to cancel or receive compensation. Guests are expected to consume utilities conscientiously, and excessive consumption may incur extra charges.
