The pool is serviced weekly by a maintenance company every Tuesday, and landscapers are on the premises every Monday. Check-in is after 3:00 pm and check-out is at 10:00 am. If staying during trash pickup days, please place bins by the street for pickup the night before: Thursday for recycling and regular bins (bin out Wednesday night), and Monday for the regular trash bin only (bin out Sunday night). Please close umbrellas when not in use. Please shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning it to storage. Please turn off all lights when you are not in the house.
