The pool heater is off between June 1st and September 30th to avoid algae growth due to excessive heat. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. Absolutely no parties are allowed. On Fridays, place both recycling and trash bins at the street the night before pickup. On Tuesdays, place the trash bin only. Do not put trash in the recycling bin; if removal is required, a fee will be charged. Always close umbrellas when not in use to prevent wind damage. Shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning it to storage. Turn off lights when leaving the house. The A/C may be set as low as 72°F; lower settings can freeze the system. Keep all windows and sliders closed while the A/C is running. Please leave ceiling fans on at all times when possible. Clean the dryer lint trap after each use.
