Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. Place both recycling and trash bins at the street the night before pickup on Fridays, and place the trash bin only on Tuesdays. Do not put trash in the recycling bin; if removal is required, a fee will be charged. Always close umbrellas when not in use to prevent wind damage. Shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning them to storage. Turn off lights when leaving the house. The A/C may be set as low as 72°F; lower settings can freeze the system. Keep all windows and sliders closed while the A/C is running. Please leave ceiling fans on at all times when possible. Clean the dryer lint trap after each use. Load and run the dishwasher before checkout. Do not put anything inside the garbage disposal that could cause clogs. Dogs are not allowed in the pool, and do not touch pool equipment. No jumping off the spa into the pool, as this will cause the tile to break. Absolutely no parties are allowed!
