Misrepresentation of age, guest count, or hosting unauthorized events can lead to forfeiture of monies paid and potential legal action. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own property. Trailers, boats, jet skis, or other commercial vehicles may not be parked at the property. Parking is limited to driveway, garage, or assigned spaces. Street parking is not customary.
