DO NOT RENT

Stay away from this apartment complex. It is located in a high-crime area, infested with roaches, neighbors are very loud, and they will steal from you. By the time you try to leave, they will charge you thousands of dollars for normal wear and tear updates, and take your deposit no matter what.

A Nice Place To Call Home!

This new upscale apartment complex was completed within the last year and has all the amenities you would find at a luxury vacation resort. The property sits on a lake, is clean and well maintained with a very friendly and attentive staff. The carriage house apartments out front are quiet (no direct neighbors) and is like living in your own three story house that also includes an attached garage.

Gorgeous Views

This is the place to be if you want a quite relaxing environment. Picturesque lake views, a beautiful new pool. Who could not love living here? The Courtney at Lake Shadow has everything you could ever need, entertainment room, gym, coffee bar, pool, and even a professional dog spa!
