The apartment includes a bunk-bed room, a master bedroom with a modern en-suite bathroom and hot shower, and a secondary bedroom offering a large window with picturesque views, ensuring a restful night's sleep for everyone.
Guests are required to pay a one-time fee of $100 to the concierge in the lobby for a registration packet, which includes wristbands and a parking permit.

Please be aware that Shores of Panama is undergoing exterior construction, which may be loud and disruptive. Construction noise occurs daily from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. The registered guest occupying the condo must be 25 years of age or older and must be the person who books the condo. Panama City Beach Ordinance 1667 requires all occupants to be 21 years of age or older, unless a family with children. All occupants over the age of 18 will be required to submit a government-issued ID, such as a driver's license, at the time of booking. Our trusted partner is legally required to keep these IDs on file for inspection from the City of Panama City Beach and to obtain the names and ages of all occupants. This ordinance is in effect for High Impact Periods, from March 1 to Memorial Day, and other dates as determined by the city. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian while on property after 10:00 pm, including parking garages, pool decks, walkways, elevators, and beach access points. Minors under 18 must also be accompanied by a parent or adult guardian during curfew hours of 8:00 pm to 5:00 am within city limits, including sidewalks, the sandy beach, parking lots, stores, and public parks. No more than 2 minors can accompany 1 parent or adult guardian. Violation of this ordinance can result in fines to the parent or guardian and eviction from the property by the city. Our partner requires the registered guest booking and occupying the condo to be 25 years of age or older, with no exceptions. Booking under false pretenses, such as allowing under-25 friends or family to occupy the property without the presence of the 25+ registered guest for the duration of the reservation, will result in a 50% cancellation fee and the reservation being canceled. If the 25+ person informs our partner within 15 days prior to arrival that they will not be able to come and only under-25 individuals will occupy the property, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged, and the reservation will be canceled. If the 25+ person books the property but does not come with the rest of the group who are under 25, the reservation will be canceled, occupants will be evicted, and no refund will be issued.
