Balcony access is not guaranteed due to the ongoing balcony renovation project. Guests who require balcony access must inquire prior to booking. No refunds or compensation will be issued if the balcony is inaccessible during the reservation period or for any noise related to the renovation project. The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, as well as the heated East pool, but these amenities may occasionally close for short periods for maintenance.
