Free Wi-Fi is available, and there are on-site laundry facilities.
The Summit condominium is the perfect place to spend your vacation with so much to do. Splash around in the pool, play a few rounds of shuffleboard, or host cookouts in the BBQ area. Call loved ones or post photos to social media with the free Wi-Fi, and stay fit in the fitness room. Soak up the sun on the sundeck, or head out to the beach for surfing, sandcastle building, or beachcombing.
Quiet hours are between 11 PM and 7 AM. Per PCB Ordinance 1632, maximum occupancy is 5 guests, including children and infants. The property will be undergoing a balcony restoration project from September 2025 through March 2026. Guests may experience occasional construction noise. The indoor hot tub will be closed for renovations until further notice (estimated reopening mid Feb 2026). The outdoor hot tubs remain open daily from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM.
