Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Smoking is prohibited in the unit/house as well as the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens.
