Very attentive Staff

We can’t say enough about Ryan, head of maintenance here! He’s amazing! Maintenance requests are always addressed quickly and efficiently! This guy knows how to do it all! The staff is always pleasant and ready to help! Great team of folks!

PET OWNERS BEWARE

PET OWNERS BEWARE. Our dog died after living here for a year and being consistently exposed to toxic levels of round up/glyphosate sprayed on pine straw, grass and SIDEWALKS. Nowhere was safe. Our girl passed away unexpectedly of splenic hemangiosarcomas which was linked to glyphosate poisoning. I asked SO MANY TIMES what was sprayed here when we moved in and was told it was pet friendly and repeatedly told they would get back to me on what exactly was sprayed and have email proof of never... getting straight answers. After my dog died I asked the landscapers what they were spraying ALL OVER PINE STRAW, SIDEWALKS AND GRASS (where she walked every single day) and they said round up. THERE WERE NO WARNING FLAGS ANYWHERE. Absolutely disgusting illegal behavior. Before we knew about this, we had adopted another dog and SHE ALSO GOT SICK, spent 3 nights in ER from another poisoning linked back to glyphosate that has now caused chronic pancreatitis. Same issues as our dog who died but this one was a puppy so she pulled through. After this we packed up and left. After killing our dog and injuring another, they wouldn’t even give our deposit back. Horrible place, horribly unkind management, do not bring pets here and do not walk barefoot ANYWHERE on property, don’t let your kids in the grass, etc. Other pet owners were reporting similar health issues for their dogs, nothing was done. DO BETTER. PET FRIENDLY PROPERTIES SHOULD NEVER BE SPRAYING GLYPHOSATE!!!!

I am really enjoying being a resident of the Preserve at Perdido. The property location provides easy access to everything I need. The staff is very helpful and accommodating and the apartment is really nice.
