We just moved in on Friday 9/4/26, the reason I gave it a 5 star, its because of the staff. Jessica and Christine/Chris are truly amazing. They are helpful, kind and super friendly. We love our apartment so far. The community is safe and there is a lot of families, it's a friendly community. We are happy to be here at the Preserve at Perdido apartments.

I have really enjoyed living here! The amenities from my building are a close walk and the staff in the office are super friendly. Love that they bring some vendors in for a treat too. Close to all major grocery stores.

Easy to work with the people in the clubhouse. I came in a day later than my lease due to travel issues and was welcomed on an adjusted schedule. Easy to communicate and work the people on staff.

My husband and I were looking for an apartment for his mom who will be moving to Pensacola from Michingan next year and Ms. Christine was more than happy to give us a tour of the apartments and the amenities. She was very kind and welcoming and answered all of our questions. We looked at 2 other complexes in the area and my husband abd I agreed that The Preserve would be the perfect place for his mom. We are excited and hopefully something will be available next year.

The apartment and the complex are beautiful. Only done a little bit of touring the grounds but I am looking forward to grilling out by the pond.
