The first floor includes a living room with direct pool access, a queen sleeper sofa, and a smart TV. Guest bedrooms include a queen bed and two twin beds, all with private closets. The garage offers a ping pong table, magnetic darts, and a gym corner with various equipment. Outside, enjoy the heated pool, outdoor dining set, sit-up bar under a pergola, outdoor shower, and mini-golf game.

Quiet hours are enforced between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties are allowed, and any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved by the hosts prior to arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera at the front door. Tampering with the camera or disconnecting the internet may result in reservation cancellation and guests being asked to vacate. No vaping or smoking is allowed on the property, including the front porch. Evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Late check-outs and early check-ins require prior approval, and guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. The home is not child-proofed, and parents with younger children use the home at their own risk. Checkout procedures must be followed as written and posted in the house.
