A digital rental agreement must be signed and a valid ID must be provided prior to arrival. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Pets must be reported in advance and in writing to the Manager. Guests can bring up to 2 pets and must notify us in advance. Pet fee: $125 per pet, per stay. Weight limit: Pets must not exceed 50 lbs. Unauthorized pets: $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Guests must pick up after their pets and a $50 penalty applies if pet waste is left on the property. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
