The pool, spa, and pool deck are closed from dusk to dawn. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Guests can bring up to 2 pets with a pet fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 penalty per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
