Do not stay at this apartment complex. There is infestation of roaches, and then they will refuse to let you out of your lease. We have had roaches every day since we’ve moved in and Shelley in the office could care less. None of them could care less they send a pest control guy and he pulls out the refrigerator sprays around your toilet and he leaves. They fogged the place as well and still roaches everywhere. It is absolutely disgusting. The breeze ways do not ever get pressure washed or... cleaned.
It’s a disgusting place to live. Stay away from this place or you will regret it I promise.
They will take you to a model, which is nice and clean and looks nice. Looks nice on the outside because they spend so much time on the lawn care meanwhile where people live is disgusting but then you get your real unit and it’s nothing like the model unit.
cabinets are falling apart, roaches and no lights in the bedroom. They have a little light in the closet. they have a washer and dryer on site laundromat but with the amount of roaches here I would never use that facility.
Other tenants in the same building have roaches as well.

We were without air conditioning three different occasions. The first time we told them the air conditioning wasn’t working the day we moved in the AC guy comes. They said they fixed it.

We come home from work no air condition. We told them there’s no filter in the air condition and it is still not working they said they would send somebody again a second time he never put a filter in and two days later it was a block of ice.
They had to come back a third time and now the AC just stays running the whole time it very rarely shuts off!! nice high electric bill and then when they come into your house, they leave all the lights on. They don’t take their shoes off and parking is a nightmare they will tow you quick.
We’ve requested to let us out of the lease now they put an eviction notice on our door. This is the type of complex and the type of people that run this place but they think they’re getting away with this. They’re sadly mistaken. I have documented videos and pictures of everything . The apartment itself is decent, with pretty spacious rooms and a fair amount of living space. Rent fluctuates a lot, which can be frustrating, so it’s important to leave before your lease ends—if you stay past it, be prepared for hefty charges.

However, the biggest downside is the roaches. They’re really bad here. There are so many cracks in the floorboards, and I mean a lot, so they have plenty of places to hide. You’ll probably see one every couple of days, and even though we’ve tried bug... spray and called maintenance to handle it, nothing seems to work. The roaches are huge too, with baby ones crawling around. It’s the only bug you’ll see in the apartment, but it’s a constant problem.

The hallways are another issue—there are spiders everywhere, and I’m not exaggerating. Dust and cobwebs seem to never be cleaned up properly, and some spots are just really bad.

Management is okay. If you call for maintenance or a lockout, they respond fast, usually the same day, which is a plus. But, unfortunately, the maintenance can’t seem to fix the roach issue despite multiple requests.

The pool is almost always dirty, and the gym is pretty mediocre—if you’re into cardio, it’s fine, but there aren’t many other machines.

Pros for out-of-state movers: If you’re moving from out of state, this is a good place to settle. You don’t need a current job or residence to move in, and the transit is very convenient, with bus 79 right outside the complex that takes you to multiple transit hubs in the area.

If you can tolerate the pests and want the space, it’s an alright place, but the roaches and hallways full of spiders really bring it down. Read More

If i could give this place negative stars i would. They just got rid of all the old management and replaced it with just as bad management and staff. There is so much i could vent about but ill just keep it short. Plumbing is the worst. I've had an outside plumbing company to my apartment at least 4 times within a year and nothing has been resolved. Maintenance has told me the piping is over 25 years old and I'm pretty much going to have to deal with backflow problems from time to time. My... neighbors food and backflow litterly comes thru my sinks at least once a week. The pest problem is bad and the pest company says they only spray in kitchen and bathroom as if pests can only live in those 2 places. Although the construction is done its as if the put makeup on a pig because it only masks the real problem of the complex. The construction crew left plenty of nails to get stuck in tires. I've left several messages and calls to the management and even the regional manager Vivian who says she will return your call within 2 days. Good luck with that. The laundry room is always a mess, people leave their cloths in and just leave, or let their animals come in a pee or crap on the floor. I lived here for About a year the maintenance guys are terrible.They come out and fix your stuff a month after you put in a work order only for it break the next day It's been over 2 weeks and my air conditioner has been broke.I get promised that somebody won't be fixing it soon.Never gets fixed.
And then you tried to call the office only for no one to ever answer the phone There is trash littered about the property all over the please.They've been having construction go on and I've had to go... out and clean up my yard every single time.A new contractor comes out because they leave message everywhere.There's currently nails in the parking lot from them doing the Roofs. I would not recommend this place to anybody to management is terrible.To maintenance is terrible.I'm talking.Or on top of listening to music blasting out of radios, rattling your windows of all hours of the night. And listening to people's talk their feet above you. this place has horrible communication skills they make everything seem so nice until your here for not even a week and your tub starts building mold everything is spray painted over flee infested roach and ant problems, they will tow your car even though YOU pay to live here but wont make the effort for more space in parking.
Anytime you ask for the office ladys help they make you feel like a bother and they do it on there time always having water shut off problems at least 5 time a month,
pools... are always gross and duck crap everywhere,
they ducks come into hallways and rip open trash and you will get fined if YOU dont clean it up this place is not worth your time and money things break within days of someone living in a unit. good luck Read More
